Thank you so much for your help in making this an easy process. After getting in such a crash, the last thing I wanted to do was spend all day making calls and taking care of loose ends. But I didn’t, You answered all my questions, and explained what I had to do in a way I understood. I don’t know how many sincere “Thank You’s” you get, but I had to express my appreciation. I’m recovering well, and I’ve been told a hundred times, I’m lucky to be alive. The car is a lot worse for wear than I am. Thanks again, and have a very Merry Christmas and a Happy new Year!
